Within the framework of the design, development and sales channel management of tickets and ticket products in museums and ruins tender, in 2022, in the tourism sector, which is one of the fastest growing sectors in Turkey, based on the principle of protecting cultural values, SICPA Turkey proudly carried the responsibility of museums and ruins tickets and ticket products and museums, each of which is an important part of our cultural heritage, in pioneering promotional organizations at the national and international level.
Since 2019, museums, archaeological sites, tickets and ticket products have been effectively promoted through the sponsorship of many organizations as part of marketing promotions and sales activations. We continue our efforts to increase the number of visitors and cooperation within the framework of the tender with the promotion and guidance of museums, archaeological sites and MuseumPass with multilingual videos shown on outdoor billboards in different regions of Turkey.
As we quickly adapt to the pandemic environment we are in with the world, the use of digital media and applications has increased. In order to develop modern sales and communication techniques, we offered a fast and contactless museum experience for users with the Turkeys Museums and Museums Voice applications. The training provided to the field team ensured that the field team had a better understanding of the functions of the museums, which are the institutions they work for, with the belief that communication in museums begins at the box office. The goal was to communicate and guide visitors in a way that would maximize their museum experience.
